Job Description
Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.

Work You'll Do
This role supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of project management, classified scheduling, and reporting systems for client programs, including Integrated Master Schedules, Earned Value Management Systems, risk registers, and related tools. Responsibilities include consolidating project assignments, milestones, and performance data into integrated program views; analyzing cost and schedule control systems; and providing recommendations to Federal Program Managers to support policy compliance and mission objectives. The role also performs investment decision analyses, including benchmarking, trade-off studies, pairwise comparisons, and security or vulnerability evaluations. Additional duties include coordinating and delivering specialized training for contractor and subcontractor personnel on project controls, scheduling, EVMS, and risk analysis tools.

Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience developing and managing project management and risk related tools
- Active TS or DOE-Q security clearance required.
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 4 - 5 days per week in Albuquerque, NM.
- Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Experience with Integrated Master Schedules, Earned Value Management Systems, risk registers, and related tools.
- Experience analyzing cost and schedule control systems.
