Title: ICM Support Engineers
Duration: 6+ months with possible extension
Location: Onsite: Redmond, WA
Salary Range: $40- $47/ hour on W2/C2C

Summary
Client power pages; azure fundamentals; kusto; icm,dataverse; Incident Management & Support
•Investigate, troubleshoot, and mitigate Power Pages production and non-production incidents.
•Own Sev3 and Sev4 incidents from acknowledgment to closure.
•Perform root cause analysis and document findings.
•Coordinate with engineering, CSS, and operations teams during critical incidents.
•Ensure SLA compliance for incident response and mitigation activities.
•Monitor Auto Alerts, identify recurring trends, and recommend preventive actions to improve service stability.
•Participate in on-call rotations and incident bridges Need US citizens who can request Escort support for Fairfax , clearance to use SAW, have AME accounts to create escort request for Fairfax etc.
Role Descriptions: Incident Management & Support Investigate| troubleshoot| and mitigate Power Pages production and non-production incidents.
