Job Description

Cape Fox subsidiary, Cape Fox Federal Integrators, LLC (CFFI) is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to support warehouse operations at Fort Bliss (El Paso), Texas. The Site Operations Manager will provide dedicated oversight for Fort Bliss warehouse operations, directly lead the assigned site workforce, and ensure successful task execution. The position requires strong knowledge of defense logistics operations, warehouse procedures, safety compliance, physical security, and Government-owned/contractor-operated facility requirements. The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position is: $84,800 - 114,800

The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits, including company holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, as well as a 401K with company match. Core Duties:
  • Provide direct oversight of all Fort Bliss warehouse operations
  • Manage physical logistics activities, including warehouse utilization, inventory cycles, Care of Supply in Storage (COSIS) functions, material turn-in processing, receipt processing, packaging, transportation activities, and property accountability
  • Directly lead the Fort Bliss site workforce, assign priorities, monitor task execution, and ensure personnel perform assigned responsibilities effectively and safely
  • Oversee discrepant shipment tracking, Government Furnished Property (GFP) accountability, facility access coordination, safety compliance, and physical security procedures for warehouse operations
  • Ensure operations meet time standards, reporting requirements, performance objectives, quality control expectations, and customer service requirements
  • Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and tracking tools for assigned site activities
  • Serve as the site Safety Officer function by monitoring workplace safety practices, conducting routine safety checks, supporting incident prevention, and ensuring applicable safety policies and procedures are followed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant or task-related field
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in physical logistics operations, including warehouse operations, inventory accountability, transportation coordination, or related mission support functions
  • Minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) operations, programs, contracts, or mission requirements
  • Knowledge of hazardous material procedures, AR 725-50, AR 740-26, Military Standard Requisitioning and Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP), Military Standard Transaction Reporting and Accounting Procedures (MILSTRAP), Military Standard Transportation and Movement Procedures (MILSTAMP), Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) requirements, operator licensing, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements, and Government-owned/contractor-operated facility procedures
  • Ability to perform the Safety Officer function, including applying OSHA safety practices, conducting safety inspections, maintaining safety documentation, and supporting corrective actions for workplace hazards
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage site personnel, coordinate across dispersed operations, and resolve complex operational priorities.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, and the technical knowledge necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position
  • Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
