This role is ideal for candidates with administrative experience who enjoy working with confidential information, supporting employees, and contributing to a fast-paced human resources environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of general personnel and clerical duties within Human Resources.
- Maintain both manual and automated personnel records.
- Collect, compile, and analyze sensitive and confidential personnel data.
- Prepare reports and personnel-related documentation.
- Provide information to authorized individuals and agencies in accordance with established procedures.
- Assist employees at all levels with questions regarding personnel policies and procedures.
- Support HR activities in areas such as:
- Employee records management
- Benefits administration
- Education and training programs
- Employment processes
- Compensation programs
- Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
- 2-4 years of administrative support experience.
- Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
