Summary:
DAS is seeking Government Property Management Specialist to support the Center's Government Furnished Property (GFP) mission and assist CORs with the management and accountability of government property supporting service contracts. Candidates should have hands-on experience in GFP, acquisition, contract administration, property accountability, or inventory management within a government contracting environment.

DAS is seeking Government Property Management Specialist to support the Center's Government Furnished Property (GFP) mission and assist CORs with the management and accountability of government property supporting service contracts. Candidates should have hands-on experience in GFP, acquisition, contract administration, property accountability, or inventory management within a government contracting environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support CORs with the administrative management and accountability of Government Furnished Property associated with service contracts.
- Track, maintain, and reconcile government property throughout its lifecycle, ensuring accurate records and accountability.
- Support property management activities related to contractor-held government property.
- Review and maintain property documentation, records, and databases for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with property accountability, inventory, transfers, loss reporting, disposition, and other GFP-related actions.
- Utilize government systems and databases to research, track, and report property information.
- Support contract administration activities involving government-furnished equipment and property.
- Identify discrepancies and assist with corrective actions to maintain accurate property records.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and status updates for government stakeholders and CORs.
- Support ongoing GFP compliance and visibility across service contracts.
Requirements:
- Active Secret Clearance required
- Experience in managing or supporting Government Furnished Property (GFP)
- Background in acquisition, contract administration, property management, or inventory management
- Proficiency with PIEE (Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment)
- Experience using the PIEE GFP Module to track and manage government property
- Strong organizational, administrative, and record-keeping skills
- Ability to track, reconcile, and maintain accurate property records
- Experience aligned with one or more of the following federal career series:
- GS-1102 - Contracting
- GS-1101 - General Business & Industry
- GS-1103 - Industrial Property Management
- GS-2010 - Inventory Management
- Military experience in relevant Army specialties is highly valued, including:
- 51C - Acquisition, Logistics & Technology Contracting NCO
- FA51 - Army Acquisition Officer
- 920A - Property Accounting Technician
- 92Y - Unit Supply Specialist with property book/accountability experience
Highly Desired:
- Experience with Army LMP (Logistics Modernization Program)
- Experience with Army Vantage dashboards and data analytics
- Experience supporting service/repair contracts
- Knowledge of TAV-C (Total Asset Visibility - Contractor)
- Experience supporting CORs, contracting personnel, or government property management teams
