What You Will Be Doing

As the System Engineer you will lead technical planning, integration, verification and validation activities across the full system lifecycle-from concept and design through fabrication, test, operation and disposal. • Generating and executing subsystem- and system-level integration and test procedures, ensuring they meet cost, schedule and risk constraints.
  • Preparing test equipment and facilities, coordinating with test labs to support Design Verification Tests (DVT), Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and Functional Acceptance Test (ATP) events.
  • Supporting failure investigations, diagnosing hardware, software or test-equipment anomalies and driving corrective actions to closure.
  • Providing engineering evaluations for redesigns or upgrades to existing missile hardware, assessing impact on performance, cost and schedule.
  • Maintaining configuration control and documentation of test results, verification reports and lessons-learned artifacts.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams-systems, software, hardware, test, manufacturing and quality-to ensure seamless integration and compliance with program milestones.
