Join our Lockheed Martin Aeronautics company as a Fleet Logistics Support Representative (LSR). This position will support the C-130J Program in Saudi Arabia.
What You Will Be Doing
Responsible for assuring inventory sufficiency with respect to mission requirements throughout the life cycle of supported systems. Manages and controls the asset position of customer inventories, especially under the conditions of performance based logistics (PBL) and total system performance responsibility (TSPR) contracts. Makes and executes decisions for operating inventory to include suppliers, repair facilities, 3PLs and customer locations, including priority interpretation, inventory allocation and asset redistribution as necessary among sources of supply and military operating locations. Responds to military service inquiries; supports requests for proposals and provisioning determinations; understands and uses various inventory optimization models; forecasts and manages budget requirements; interfaces with company and DoD information management systems; ensures fidelity of asset identification; resolves technical and support problems for assigned classes of items by actively interfacing engineering and suppliers; prepares status reports and metrics relating to supplier performance and mission readiness. In addition, the incumbent will serve as the primary liaison for supply-support inquiries, ensuring that contractual obligations are met while aligning with customer expectations. The role demands a self-directed, proactive mindset to anticipate and mitigate supply-chain challenges before they impact operations, thereby preventing escalation. Co-located with the customer, the individual must excel in a collaborative team environment, working closely with both customer personnel and internal stakeholders to coordinate day-to-day logistics activities. Responsibilities also include preparing and delivering concise oral and written reports that summarize status, performance metrics, and any emerging issues, while continuously monitoring processes to uphold smooth operations and strict compliance with contractual requirements.

- A minimum of 3 years experience with demonstrated expertise in supply-chain logistics and warehouse inventory management.
- Proven track record of expediting customer orders and material to satisfy urgent and Mission Imparied Capability Awaitiong Parts (MICAP).
- Direct experience supporting U.S. Government and/or foreign-military operational sites.
- Extensive experience in data analysis, metric development, performance tracking, and comprehensive reporting.
- Proficient with the full suite of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Holds a valid, unrestricted passport.
Desired Skills

- Proven experience as a Field Service or Logistics Support Representative, preferably with international deployments and demonstrated expertise in import/export customs procedures.

- Superior communication, organizational, and time-management capabilities, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning and logistics management platforms, specifically SAP and GOLD.
