- You will plan, coordinate, and carry out the successive steps in fact-finding and analysis of procedural issues related to business services and office administration functions.
- You will serve as a liaison between DSM and N8 in the area of transactional reconciliation.
- You will collect and compile budget and program data, budget execution review, and monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- You will work with program managers and other DSM personnel to support with processing purchase requests from initial request to finalization and receipt of product or service.
- You will certify availability of funds and cite the proper funding codes or all obligating documents.

FOR GS-09:

- Experience managing accounting actions, budgeting, and financial management processes, while collaborating with and supporting senior analysts on large-scale initiatives.
- Experience conducting independent financial trend analyses and predictive modeling, providing key analytical support to senior analysts for strategic planning.
- Experience utilizing Excel functionalities to independently identify and resolve financial discrepancies, escalating systemic issues to senior leadership as needed.
- Experience analyzing financial problems and developing proposals for resolution, assisting senior level analysts in negotiating changes and resolving disputes.
- Experience communicating financial, administrative, and procedural matters both orally and in writing to diverse stakeholders, supporting senior analysts in executive briefings.

- Experience assisting with all levels to negotiate changes, resolve differences and problems, etc., in analyzing and solving problems and developing proposals for resolution.
- Experience communicating orally and in writing to obtain and provide information for senior analysts.
