Baer is looking for SAP Engagement Lead for a 6 month Federal Project located in Knoxville Area, TN.

Title: SAP Engagement Lead
Location: Hybrid - Knoxville Area, TN
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Position Overview

Lead Workstream - Program Mobilization & Governance for an SAP transformation program. Establish governance, align executive stakeholders, drive decision-making, and ensure current phase delivers the Transformation Blueprint and ROM.

Description:

• Establish program structure, governance, roles, and meeting cadence.
• Align executive, business, IT, SAP, and implementation partner stakeholders.
• Chair executive checkpoint and steering reviews.
• Track key decisions, actions, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive Phase toward Transformation Blueprint and ROM deliverables.
• Own the Executive Recommendation Package.
• Lead the Phase 1 Mobilization Plan.
• Provide executive-level communication, escalation, and program leadership.

Requirements:

• SAP/ERP transformation or large-scale program leadership experience.
• Proven SAP S/4HANA transformation and program governance experience.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with program mobilization, transformation planning, and ROM development.
• Expert-level leadership, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
