Baer is looking for SAP OTC Architect for a 6 month Federal Project located in Knoxville Area, TN.

Title: SAP OTC Architect
Location: Hybrid - Knoxville Area, TN
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Position Overview

Lead Order-to-Cash (OTC) and interagency sales functional discovery for Workstream 4. Facilitate business workshops, assess current-state sales processes, identify pain points and transformation opportunities, and define a fit-to-standard approach for SAP S/4HANA.

Description:

• Lead discovery sessions covering sales order management, pricing, billing, and customer account processes.
• Document current-state OTC and interagency sales processes, pain points, gaps, and priorities.
• Conduct high-level process-to-standard assessments for SAP SD/Order-to-Cash in Workstream 5.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify, and optimize legacy sales processes.
• Assess integration touchpoints and dependencies with Finance and Manufacturing workstreams.
• Identify key functional gaps, risks, and transformation opportunities.
• Contribute to the future-state process hierarchy, fit-to-standard framework, and transformation blueprint.
• Provide functional recommendations and inputs for the S/4HANA transformation roadmap.
• Collaborate with business SMEs, SAP functional leads, technical teams, and program leadership.

Requirements:

• Expert-level experience in SAP SD / Order-to-Cash architecture and business process design.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA Sales and OTC experience.
• Experience leading OTC discovery, process assessment, and fit-to-standard workshops.
• Strong understanding of sales orders, pricing, billing, customer accounts, and interagency sales.
• Experience simplifying and standardizing legacy SAP sales processes.
• Understanding of integration between Sales, Finance, and Manufacturing.
• Strong process mapping, requirements analysis, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
