Technical Project Manager

Some TPM jobs are about schedules, status reports, and chasing people for updates.

This isn't one of them.

We're looking for a sharp, ambitious operator to work directly with government leadership on important national security technology programs.

You'll be in the room with the customer. You'll help turn ambiguous problems into clear requirements, coordinate technical teams, lead briefings, and help make things happen.

You'll have responsibility early… and a lot of room to grow.

This is a role for someone who wants to become the person customers trust when something important needs to get done.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with government customers and senior stakeholders
• Lead demos, briefings, meetings, and working sessions
• Turn mission problems into actionable technical requirements
• Coordinate engineers, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Track technical resources, licenses, and cloud costs
• Help manage the security and day-to-day operation of a cloud environment
• Identify problems before they become problems and drive them to resolution
• Help shape how we deliver technology to the customer

Who You Are

You don't need to have been a TPM for ten years.

You might be a:

Technical Project Manager. Program Analyst. Business Analyst. Systems Engineer. Military Officer/NCO. Operations Lead. Technical Account Manager. Consultant.

Or you might simply be the person everyone turns to when something complicated needs to get organized and done.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with technical teams, customers, or mission stakeholders
• Communicates exceptionally well
• Can walk into an ambiguous situation and create order
• Is comfortable speaking with senior people
• Understands enough technology to work effectively with engineers
• Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions
• Wants to grow quickly

A technical degree isn't required. Demonstrated ability matters more than the perfect resume.

Nice to Have

PMP/CAPM, AWS experience, Jira/Confluence, government contracting, NIST/RMF, or familiarity with OTAs and other government acquisition mechanisms are all helpful, but none are deal-breakers.

You'll be expected to perform, but you'll also get the opportunity to stretch, learn, and become much more than the title you were hired under.
