This contract position will focus on processing garnishments, child support orders, and other court-ordered deductions while ensuring timely and accurate payroll administration. The ideal candidate will bring strong SAP experience and a proven background in garnishment processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Process employee garnishments, child support orders, and other court-ordered deductions
- Set up payroll deductions and ensure accurate and timely payments to applicable jurisdictions
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding payroll deductions and garnishments
- Communicate with courts, agencies, and jurisdictions regarding payroll-related matters
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable payroll regulations
Required Qualifications
- Strong SAP experience
- Experience processing and setting up garnishments, child support, and court-ordered deductions
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Schedule & Additional Information
- Initial schedule consists of four 10-hour workdays, Monday through Thursday
- Alternative work schedule options may be available after the training period
- Hybrid environment requiring up to 2 days per week in the office
