Standard Job Description
The selected individual will report to the ADP Prod Ops Site Director in MAR and lead the Prod Ops build team for a T1 build and ramp-to-rate on a franchise program.
• Build team staffing, safety, quality, schedule and cost performance.
• Responsible for financial decisions (CapEx and NBF Investment) and technical strategy of the organization required to support a ramp-to-rate program.
• Expected to manage concurrent design and build activities.
• Required to implement new technologies and provide motivation to the build team.
• Required to report out and brief multiple levels of leadership within the company and customer.
• The ability to execute a complex challenging build while establishing lasting Customer and Program relationships is a unique and integral part to being successful in this role.
This role will partner with peer Sr Manager who will work earlier planning of production efforts and collaborate for handoff to execution.
Must exhibit Full Spectrum Leadership behaviors and deploy Culture of Accountability onto the program.
This position is currently leading unclassified scope, but the successful candidate must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance for future efforts.

Basic Qualifications
• Aerospace manufacturing leadership experience
• Project management and decision making experience utilizing business and financial acumen
• Multiple experiences with Aerospace Manufacturing-Fabrication, Assembly, Integration &/or Systems Checkout

• 8+ years demonstrated aerospace manufacturing leadership
• Excellent interpersonal skills needed for collaboration, communication and presentation Customer Interface
• Ability to manage, coach, train and motivate team in technical and leadership development
