This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. For positions that perform IT responsibilities, use E646, Systems Engr-IT.
Basic Qualifications
STEM degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering or Physics.
System integration testing experience.
Desired Skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Design concepts of system-level EMC testing with experience.
Knowledge of MIL-STD-461F/G, MIL-STD-464C/D.
Basic understanding of the Systems Engineering process.
Ability to multi-task and work with multiple teams on different concurrent projects.
Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) systems, RF COSITE analysis, antenna systems and RF measurement techniques, RF/Fiber optic cabling, and/or antenna radome performance.
Experience authoring documents using Microsoft Office products.
Experience in a flight test environment.

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

- Conduct platform-level Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) testing and develop test procedures for flight-test modifications.
- Perform RF and antenna analysis, including COSITE assessments, antenna radome performance, and RF/fiber-optic cabling evaluations.
- Oversee electromagnetic radiation hazard (EMRADHAZ) assessments and ensure compliance with aircraft power and wiring standards.
- Coordinate domestic travel for on-site test execution and stakeholder collaboration.
