GRVTY is seeking an Army Account Manager to drive growth within Army by aligning our electronic warfare, missile defense, directed energy, and cyber solutions to Army's most urgent challenges. This role will cultivate and support complex, high-value relationships across US Army and related Department of War customers for GRVTY's emerging technology portfolio. What You'll Own
- You will own and be accountable for GRVTY's growing relationship with the US Army across multiple emerging technology portfolios.
- Shaping and customer engagement for $100M+ opportunities based on GRVTY's cutting-edge technology supporting key Army priorities.
- Develop win themes, competitive assessments, teaming strategies, pricing approaches, and solution positioning for Army customers.
- Serve as a point of accountability at GRVTY for Army customers.
- Lead GRVTY engagement with Army customers to understand mission needs, acquisition strategies, and technical drivers. Translate those insights into GRVTY growth plans.
- Lead GRVTY cross-functional teams engaged with Army customers.
- Support proposal development and review activities, including color team participation and executive reviews.
What You Must Have
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- 15+ years or relevant experience supporting US Army missions. Active duty or civilian government service qualifies.
- Sustained experience with one or more of the following emerging technology domains and ability to relate to Army missions, objectives, and outcomes:
- Electronic Warfare
- Missile Defense
- Directed Energy
- UAS/cUAS
- Cyber Operations
- Demonstrated experience supporting complex programs ($100M+) in relevant US Army mission areas.
- Deep understanding of Army and DoW acquisition processes, contract vehicles, and competitive dynamics.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguity into executable strategy.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage credibly with senior Army and industry stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
What Would be Nice to Have
- Direct experience in industry at a defense, defense technology, or defense-related contractor winning and supporting US Army programs.
- Existing relationships and experience with relevant commands: PAE Fires, PAE C2/Counter C2 (including legacy PEO IEW&S and legacy PEO STRI), SMDC, DEVCOM.
- Experience successfully supporting technology program transitions from prototyping to LRIP to POR.
- Active duty or Army civilian experience.
