NORAD Modernization is a major portfolio of projects being launched by the Canadian Government, the Capture Manager NORAD Mod. will be focused on the further development of the overall portfolio for Lockheed Martin Canada. Building the campaign plan with the various stakeholders, building messaging, and ensuring the maximum Canadian value is put forward. Working with various business units, as well as external organization, the Capture Manager has accountability to shape and win new business through a balanced focus on customer value, the competitive environment, and the corporation's best interests. Working to support the development of specific opportunity capture campaigns, and to support the assigned teams through the capture strategy including business solutions for pursuit of opportunities; identifying potential customers, competitive assessments, teaming suppliers, and prices-to-win; participates in bid and proposal activities. Has responsibility to lead and integrate the assigned cross-functional team and authority to direct team activities for the duration of the pursuit. Maintains ongoing interaction with business development.

Basic Qualifications
Broad experience in supporting solution development on the technical, programmatic, industrial, and commercial perspectives

Experience in Capture domain

Strong bilingual communicator (French/English)
Ability to travel when required

- Experience in working in a complex, fast-paced solution development organization
- Experience in leading portfolio level activities of related work streams
- Experience in building purpose-built organizations to meet specific mandates

- Presenting to senior leadership organizations (able to get a clear message across)
- Working with potential partners / sub-contractors
- Working with customer communities
Understanding of the defence industrial domain
- Deep understanding of the defence procurement process
- Experience with operational communities and an understanding of organizational structures
- Experience in the Air Defence, or Pan Domain operational communities
Experience in Capture domain
- Training in capture process
- Experience in leading major capture campaigns with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in developing novel commercial models
- Experience in proposal development
