Program Integrator – Levels 1–3 (PI1–PI3)

Yellowfin Technology is seeking experienced Program Integrators (PI1–PI3) to support mission-critical Intelligence Community programs.
We are looking for cleared professionals with experience in DoD/IC program management, acquisition, contract management, financial management, resource planning, cost/schedule/performance analysis, and program execution.
Candidates will be considered for the PI level that best aligns with their education, certifications, years of experience, and demonstrated capabilities.
What You'll Do
Depending on level and assignment, responsibilities may include:
Support Government Program Managers (GPMs), initiative leads, and PEO leadership with program and portfolio management.
Monitor and report on overall program cost, schedule, and performance.
Analyze financial execution and projection reports and identify funding or contract performance concerns.
Support resource planning, allocation, tracking, and funding adjustments.
Develop program-level financial analysis and recommendations.
Support current-year and out-year spend plans and FYDP planning.
Perform cost estimating, burn-rate analysis, budget execution, funding projections, and unfunded requirement tracking.
Develop and maintain program schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Support acquisition and program documentation, including:
TTOs
Statements of Work (SOWs)
Program Management Plans (PMPs)
Risk Management Plans
Program Schedules
Technical CICA Memorandums
Acquisition Strategies
CDRL Packages
Support contract actions and acquisition-document readiness.
Perform risk assessments and track program issues and areas of concern.
Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), contract reviews, and program status reviews.
Prepare point papers, briefing charts, spreadsheets, execution reports, and presentations.
Track program funding, projected costs, contract runout dates, staffing, attrition, and acquisition status.
Perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
Use program management tools such as Plan-It and Microsoft Excel to support planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
Qualification Levels
Program Integrator 1 (PI1)
Candidates must meet one of the following:
Bachelor's degree with a business or technical focus + 4 years of demonstrated combined DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management experience; or
PMP, CFCM, or DAWIA Level II + 7 years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree; or
9 years of directly related experience in lieu of the degree and certification.
Preferred: Familiarity with Plan-It and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
Program Integrator 2 (PI2)
Candidates must meet one of the following:
Bachelor's degree with a business or technical focus + 8 years of demonstrated combined DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management experience; or
PMP, CFCM, or DAWIA Level II + 11 years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree; or
13 years of directly related experience in lieu of the degree and certification.
Required: Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency with demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
Preferred: Familiarity with Plan-It.
Program Integrator 3 (PI3)
Candidates must meet one of the following:
Bachelor's degree with a business or technical focus + 12 years of demonstrated combined DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management experience; or
PMP, CFCM, or DAWIA Level III + 15 years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree; or
18 years of directly related experience in lieu of the degree and certification.
Required: Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency with demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
Preferred: Familiarity with Plan-It.
