Job Description
Program Integrators provide direct support to Government Program Managers, initiative leads, and senior leadership in the planning, execution, and oversight of complex mission programs.
Depending on level and assignment, responsibilities may include:
-Support Government Program Managers, initiative leads, and Program Executive Office leadership with program planning and execution.
-Monitor and report program cost, schedule, performance, risks, milestones, and deliverables.
-Analyze financial execution, funding projections, burn rates, contract runout dates, and resource requirements.
-Support current-year spend plans, out-year requirements, and Future Years Defense Program planning.
-Track program resources, staffing, attrition, funding, acquisition actions, and execution status.
-Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated program schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
-Support acquisition and contract documentation, including Technical Task Orders, Statements of Work, Program Management Plans, acquisition strategies, risk management plans, and Contract Data Requirements List packages.
-Identify, assess, document, and track program risks, issues, dependencies, and areas of concern.
-Support Integrated Product Teams, program reviews, contract reviews, technical meetings, and senior-level status reviews.
-Develop executive-level briefings, point papers, reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and decision-support products.
-Analyze cost, schedule, performance, staffing, and financial data to identify trends and support leadership decisions.
-Use Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, slicers, pivot charts, formulas, and other analytical capabilities.
-Use Plan-It and other Government or program management tools to support planning, tracking, reporting, and execution.
