Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Product Support Supply Chain Manager to support the team in San Antonio, TX.
Position Responsibilities:

Position Responsibilities:
- Inventory management of aircraft kitted and rotatable parts, consumables and emergent parts
- Toolroom management, facilities management and plant and equipment maintenance, technical management of external supply chain and coordination with third party vendors to support site requirements
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Participates in equipment make/buy decisions; participates in source selection and provides technical oversight of suppliers
- Manages, develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership."
- 3+ years of experience working in a computer-based inventory management system or warehouse management system
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Supply Chain Planning
- Experience working with internal and external customers and suppliers
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience managing teams
