Job Title: Palantir Foundry FSR - Army Vantage Support

Position Description: SHINE Systems is seeking an experienced Palantir Foundry FSR to support a federal enterprise modernization and operational integration effort within a Department of Defense environment.

This position is ideal for a highly capable, customer-facing professional who thrives at the intersection of operational problem solving, data integration, workflow modernization, and user adoption. The selected candidate will work directly with Government stakeholders, workflow owners, and enterprise support teams to help transition operational processes into integrated enterprise data environments leveraging Army Vantage and Microsoft ecosystem technologies.

This is not a traditional help desk role. The ideal candidate must be proactive, technically capable, operationally mature, and comfortable operating independently in high-visibility operational environments.

Requirements & Desired:

Required

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and Workshop, with proficiency at the Power User or Unit Champion level
• Ability to independently navigate Foundry, work with existing data and applications, support users, and troubleshoot common platform and workflow issues
• Experience with Power BI, including the ability to understand and support the transition of existing Power BI-based workflows into Palantir Foundry
• Experience conducting workflow capture and requirements gathering, including:
• Proactively developing relationships with current and prospective users
• Meeting with stakeholders to understand and document business and operational workflows
• Identifying and documenting associated data sources
• Translating user needs into clearly defined platform requirements
• Experience with dashboard development, workflow modernization, or enterprise platform adoption within Foundry
• Experience supporting data integration requests, including identifying data gaps, submitting integration requests/tickets, and tracking them through completion
• Ability to serve as a liaison between operational users and technical/development teams throughout data integration and solution development
• Experience delivering user training and communicating technical concepts to operational and non-technical audiences
• Strong organizational, written communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively within a fast-paced customer environment
• Active Public Trust or ability to obtain

Desired

• Hands-on experience with Army Vantage
• Prior experience as a Palantir FSR, Unit Champion, or in a comparable customer-facing Foundry support role
• Previous U.S. Army or U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) experience
• Experience monitoring data integrations and coordinating with developers as customer data sources are integrated into the platform
• Familiarity with DoD personnel, readiness, operational, or enterprise data environments
• Working knowledge of Microsoft enterprise tools, including SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps
• Experience supporting enterprise modernization or digital transformation initiatives
• Experience supporting contract-level reporting and operational decision-support functions
• Former military, government civilian, or contractor experience within DoD operational environments

Determination: The final salary offered will be a good faith estimate based on the elected candidate's experience, education, and geographic location.

$120,000 - $150,000
