Introduction
We are seeking a specialist with strong experience in API Gateway and Apigee to support the design, implementation, and security of service exposure across secure environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience defining API gateway architecture, API schemas, validation rules, service exposure models, and integration boundaries within secure or restricted environments. The candidate will work closely with technical teams to coordinate API dependencies required for cross-environment interoperability testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Google Cloud API Gateway and/or Apigee solutions.
- Strong understanding of API schemas, request/response structures, validation rules, and API policies.
- Experience designing secure API access and service exposure patterns aligned with enterprise security requirements.
- Knowledge of API authentication, authorization, traffic management, and security controls.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with API testing and validation across secure environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot API connectivity, routing, authentication, authorization, and integration issues.
- Experience documenting API architectures, configurations, schemas, dependencies, and integration procedures.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Define and establish API Gateway alignment for services deployed within secure environments.
- Design and implement API exposure models for applications and services within the deployed secure enclave.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, and integration teams to identify and resolve API dependencies.
