You'll bring firsthand understanding of how analysts fuse multiple intelligence disciplines into a coherent operational picture and help translate the underlying tradecraft, data, processes, and workflows into requirements technical teams can build against.
What You'll Do
- Provide COCOM-level all-source analytic expertise across the intelligence cycle, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines into operational understanding.
- Identify opportunities to integrate all-source analytic workflows, intelligence data sources, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Translate all-source analytic processes and operational needs into developer-consumable workflows, requirements, and user stories.
- Communicate analytic tradecraft, data constraints, governance and ownership structures, and integration considerations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work across all-source analytic tools, intelligence platforms, and data environments.
- Coordinate with operational users, analysts, platform and data owners, government stakeholders, and technical development teams.
- Help bridge the gap between existing intelligence workflows and emerging technical capabilities.
- Provide operational insight and user feedback throughout iterative capability-development efforts.
- Ensure proposed technology and integrations reflect the realities of all-source intelligence operations.
Required Skills
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Demonstrated operational all-source intelligence experience at the Combatant Command level.
- Experience with multi-INT fusion and analytic production supporting operational decision-making.
- Strong understanding of the intelligence cycle and all-source analytic tradecraft.
- Familiarity with all-source analytic tools, intelligence platforms, data environments, and associated governance and ownership structures.
- Ability to move between the analytic environment and technical development teams, translating intelligence problems into requirements engineers can build against.
- Ability to operate within fast-paced, multi-vendor, government-led development environments with evolving priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical developers, operational users, senior leaders, government stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Ability to support periodic travel, approximately every 30 days, to Combatant Commands, service components, operational units, and industry/vendor locations.
Desired Skills
- CENTCOM all-source intelligence experience.
- Experience supporting DoD software, AI/ML, data, or operational capability-development programs.
- Existing relationships with operational platform or data owners.
- Experience operating within classified environments and navigating cross-domain data constraints.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices, rapid capability delivery, and iterative user-feedback cycles.
- Prior Military Intelligence or Intelligence Community experience.
