Configuration Manager

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Configuration Manager to join our team at Eglin AFB.

The successful candidate will act as a systems Administrator for the Partner Support Complex. This position provides technical support to support classified networks and associated operational personnel.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the processing of all Specialized Network and Site forms. This includes validating the forms, the creation of accounts for numerous networks, creation of sites, server account validations, and creating database entries.
• Provided Client System Administration support on multiple networks ensuring that all systems have current security patches. Also ensure users have all software loaded required for their current duties
• Assist purchasing agent in acquiring computer/communications equipment software for 53RD Wing SAP facilities.
• Generate specialized reports for CAFNet ISSMs to make decisions on how to implement corrective action or get a true status of access to management groups.
• Acts as control agent for all Secret and below Media within SAP facility.
• Acting as technical advisor for the Wing Equipment Control Officer (ECO).
• Responsible for oversight on the Wing hardware and software maintenance program.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of experience processing individual network account forms, assisting with client system administration tasks, managing media control processes, assisting with IT equipment purchases, and/or assisting with special communications installations
• Experience processing individual network account forms, assisting with client system administration tasks, managing media control processes, assisting with IT equipment purchases, and/or assisting with special communications installations.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new situations
• Strong commitment to team environment

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have a current/active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access prior to starting this position.
• Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information
• Willingness to submit to a polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
