Job Description
MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Packaging, Storage, and Containerization (PS&C) Specialists to join our team in Guam, Australia, Japan, Korea and the Philippines.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serves as the final Technical Authority for theaterwide packaging and storage engineering strategies.
- Approve complex Containerization Plans and authorize the implementation of advanced storage optimization technologies across the enterprise.
- Validate compliance with international shipping regulations and military packaging standards to ensure global asset protection.
- Authorizes strategic storage solutions for regional sustainment nodes and expeditionary facilities throughout the Pacific.
- Serve as the Principal Lead for container management operations during large-scale theater movements and verify the readiness of specialized packaging for sensitive mission equipment.
- Validate engineering change proposals for storage infrastructure in austere environments.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
Lead Level
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, or a related field and 12+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- Demonstrated experience in formal document approval, quality gate oversight for packaging engineering, and acting as the Functional Lead for storage programs.
Senior Level
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- Experience in formal document validation, technical auditing of storage facilities, and overseeing functional PS&C programs.
Midlevel
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- Ability to draft technical packaging documentation and follow established storage and distribution SOPs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or PMP certification.
- Extensive experience with MIL-STD-2073 and MIL-STD-129 packaging requirements.
Clearance Required:
- Must hold an active Public Trust Clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
