Job Description
MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Movement Control Supervisors to join our team in Oahu Hawaii, Japan and Australia.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Validates and monitors the flow of work and materials within and between organizational departments according to established schedules.
- Coordinate with subordinate supervisors to determine the progress of transportation tasks and resolve distribution bottlenecks.
- Approves reports regarding inventory levels, costs, and production problems in the logistical chain.
- Oversee the daily execution of movement control tasks at the regional hub to maintain persistent asset visibility.
- Coordinate the integration of land, sea, and air assets to meet mission-critical delivery requirements for expeditionary forces.
- Validate the accuracy of manifest data and transportation records to support command-level logistics reporting.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- Professional-level certification in Transportation or Logistics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 12+ years of position-relevant experience.
- Experience managing port or airfield operations in an expeditionary environment.
- Proficiency in data analytics for supply chain optimization.

- Must hold an active Public Trust Clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
