AI Integration Specialist
Remote | Federal Consulting Opportunity Ability to Obtain Public Trust Required
Are you passionate about helping organizations adopt and implement emerging AI technologies? We are seeking an AI Integration Specialist to support enterprise AI adoption initiatives, technology modernization efforts, and digital transformation programs within a federal environment.
In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to develop AI strategies, create implementation roadmaps, support change management initiatives, and drive adoption of AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of enterprise AI strategies and roadmaps
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI adoption and innovation
Translate technical AI concepts into business-focused recommendations
Assist with project planning, risk management, and implementation activities
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and AI adoption initiatives
Conduct research on emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices
Develop presentations, status reports, executive briefings, and communications materials
Support organizational change management and user adoption efforts
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, program/project management, or technology-related roles
Experience supporting technology modernization, digital transformation, or AI-related initiatives
Experience developing roadmaps, implementation plans, or business cases
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, or automation technologies
Experience leading technology adoption or change management initiatives
Federal government, healthcare, CDC, HHS, or public sector experience
Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, or emerging technology programs
Agile, PMP, Change Management, or AI-related certifications
