Job Description
The IT Program Manager for NASA SEWP is responsible for overseeing the execution of the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) contract, ensuring compliance with federal acquisition requirements, and delivering mission-critical IT, communication, and AV solutions to NASA and other federal agencies.
The IT Program manager must have experience with the latest IT, communication, and AV products and services to all federal agencies. The IT Program Manager serves as the primary interface between the contractor and NASA's SEWP Program Office, federal agency customers, and other stakeholders.

The IT Program manager must have experience with the latest IT, communication, and AV products and services to all federal agencies. The IT Program Manager serves as the primary interface between the contractor and NASA's SEWP Program Office, federal agency customers, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Contract Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of the SEWP contract, including awards, task orders, and compliance with FAR, ITAR, and SEWP-specific policies
- Operational Management: Oversee order intake, validation, and fulfillment; coordinate with sales, contracts, finance, compliance, and OEM partners
- Performance Monitoring: Track delivery timelines, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction; prepare executive reports and briefings
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for NASA SEWP Program Office staff and federal agency customers; facilitate communication across teams
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks; support process improvements and automation initiatives
- Training & Compliance: Lead internal training on SEWP operations, tools, and best practices; ensure accurate and timely posting of information on SEWP portals
- Vendor & OEM Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and OEMs to align with contract requirements
Required Qualifications/Education and Experience:
- Experience: Typically 5+ years managing federal government contracts; SEWP experience is highly preferred
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of federal procurement regulations, IT acquisition processes, and SEWP portal systems
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Clearance: Secret Clearance or Higher
