Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web applications, APIs, and data platforms
- Build scalable cloud-based test environments using AWS, Azure, Docker, or similar technologies
- Apply AI-enabled testing techniques, such as GitHub Copilot and agentic UI automation, to accelerate validation efforts
- Perform automated and manual testing, including functional, regression, usability, user acceptance testing, and API validation
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and validation strategies for enterprise applications and data platforms
- Implement and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, Jenkins, or similar tools
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD workflows to enable continuous validation and release quality improvement
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, Product Owners, and QA team members to identify defects and optimize testing coverage
- Analyze testing results, identify quality risks, and recommend improvements
- Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, defect reports, test results, and quality metrics
- Mentor junior QA team members and promote automation best practices
- Ensure applications meet functional, security, performance, and accessibility standards
- 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks
- 4+ years of programming or scripting experience using Python, Java, Groovy, SQL, or Bash
- 2+ years supporting CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, Jenkins, or similar
- Hands-on experience developing and executing automated API tests
- Experience building scalable test environments using cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Docker
- Experience applying AI-powered QA tools such as GitHub Copilot or agentic UI automation
- Strong understanding of test methodologies, quality engineering practices, and SDLC
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field
- Experience testing data pipelines, data platforms, or solutions built within Palantir Foundry
- Experience with MuleSoft, API platforms, enterprise integrations, or middleware technologies
- Knowledge of human-centered design, usability testing, and Section 508 compliance
- Experience supporting federal government or healthcare environments
- Mentoring junior QA professionals and contributing to quality standards
