LCNC QA Tester
Remote

Blu Omega is seeking an LCNC QA Tester to support enterprise-level data, analytics, and application modernization initiatives within a mission-driven federal health environment. This role operates within a low-code/no-code application and data solutions environment and is responsible for quality assurance and test automation across the QA lifecycle. The position requires experience supporting automated and manual testing, test planning, and CI/CD-enabled validation within a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and optimize automated testing frameworks for low-code/no-code applications, web applications, and APIs
- Perform automated and manual testing, including functional, regression, usability, UAT, integration, and API testing
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, scripts, and validation strategies for Microsoft Dynamics and web-based data platforms
- Implement, maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to support test automation
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD workflows to identify defects earlier and improve release quality
- Partner with cross-functional team members to define testing strategies, requirements, acceptance criteria, and quality standards
- Document and communicate defects, track issues through resolution, and validate fixes against requirements
- Analyze test results to identify quality risks, coverage gaps, recurring defects, and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Maintain test documentation, test results, defect reports, and quality metrics
- Estimate testing efforts and support QA planning across iterations and releases
- Mentor junior QA professionals and promote automation and quality engineering best practices
- Ensure applications meet established functional, performance, security, accessibility, compliance, and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks
- 2+ years of experience testing Microsoft Dynamics applications
- 2+ years of experience implementing or supporting CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Hands-on experience developing and executing automated API tests
- Experience designing and executing comprehensive test plans for web-based applications or data platforms
- Experience building or supporting scalable test environments using AWS, Azure, Docker, or similar cloud technologies
- Strong understanding of automated and manual testing methodologies, quality engineering practices, and the software development lifecycle
- Experience working within Agile software delivery environments and collaborating with cross-functional technical teams
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documenting and communicating defects, test results, risks, and recommendations
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience automating test cases using Microsoft Playwright
- Experience with AI-powered QA technologies, including GitHub Copilot, agentic UI automation, or similar tools
- Experience with human-centered design (HCD), usability testing, and Section 508 accessibility compliance
- Experience applying DevSecOps practices within low-code/no-code environments, including automated testing, controlled deployments, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform or other low-code/no-code technologies
- Experience supporting federal government, public health, healthcare, or large-scale digital service environments
