Job Description
Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Senior Management Analyst to support United States Space Force Space Systems Command (SSC), Space Sensing (SN) activities in Boulder, Colorado.
This position will provide program analysis, acquisition support, headquarters staffing, planning, budgeting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination for Space Sensing programs. The selected candidate will lead complex technical or analytical efforts, integrate inputs across multiple stakeholders, provide actionable recommendations to Government leads, and help drive high-quality program and mission outcomes.
The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in the functional area, sound judgment, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to lead complex work across Government and contractor teams.

What you will be doing:
- Lead complex technical or analytical tasks, integrate inputs across multiple stakeholders, and provide actionable recommendations to Government leads.
- Review work products, help resolve complex issues, and mentor or guide less-experienced team members as appropriate.
- Provide program and management analysis in support of Space Sensing acquisition, planning, and execution activities.
- Support Program Objective Memorandum, execution plan, spend plan, budget execution review, and related planning and programming activities.
- Review acquisition, programmatic, schedule, funding, and requirements information and develop recommendations for Government decision-makers.
- Develop and staff briefings, point papers, background papers, white papers, Staff Summary Sheets, and other headquarters or program-office products.
- Coordinate inputs from technical, contracting, financial management, program management, and other stakeholders.
- Support Integrated Product Teams, working groups, technical interchange meetings, program reviews, and senior-level coordination activities.
- Track action items, suspense dates, decisions, risks, and follow-up requirements and coordinate with responsible organizations.
- Support acquisition strategy documentation, transition planning, project baselines, resource planning, and program management activities as assigned.
- Prepare meeting minutes, executive summaries, status products, and other management documentation for Government review.
- Professional experience and technical depth commensurate with a Senior-level role in the applicable functional area.
- Relevant management analysis, program analysis, acquisition support, headquarters staff, program management, or related experience commensurate with the position level.
- Experience collecting, evaluating, consolidating, and communicating inputs from multiple stakeholder organizations.
- Ability to analyze programmatic, acquisition, schedule, budget, or requirements information and develop clear recommendations.
- Experience developing briefings, staff packages, meeting products, action trackers, or decision-support materials.
- Strong research, analytical, writing, editing, organizational, and briefing skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, short-notice requirements, and Government suspense dates.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to work on site in Boulder, Colorado and support in-person Government meetings and mission activities as required.
- Ability to support CONUS and OCONUS travel when required by the Government.
- Ability to work with sensitive and classified information, Government systems, controlled-access facilities, and Government-furnished equipment in accordance with contract requirements.
- Security Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance with SCI access/eligibility required for this position.
- Experience supporting United States Space Force, Space Systems Command, Headquarters Space Force, or another Department of Defense acquisition organization.
- Familiarity with Program Objective Memorandum, PPBE, spend plans, execution plans, budget execution reviews, or program resource planning.
- Experience supporting acquisition strategies, program baselines, transition plans, Integrated Product Teams, or program reviews.
- Experience supporting senior Government leaders or cross-functional program offices.
- Experience working in classified acquisition or space mission environments.
- Experience leading complex technical or analytical efforts and coordinating inputs across multiple stakeholder organizations.
- Experience briefing senior Government leaders and mentoring or guiding less-experienced staff.
