Job Description

Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct open-source research and analysis using publicly and commercially available information.
  • Identify, assess, and track individuals, organizations, networks, activities, and relationships relevant to intelligence requirements.
  • Collect, evaluate, validate, and synthesize information from multiple open sources.
  • Support identity-focused research, entity resolution, link analysis, and pattern-of-life development when required.
  • Produce intelligence products supporting operational planning, targeting, watchlisting, force protection, and other mission requirements.
  • Support Requests for Information (RFIs) and time-sensitive intelligence requirements.
  • Identify intelligence gaps and recommend additional research or collection.
  • Utilize approved OSINT tools, databases, social-media resources, and research platforms.
  • Collaborate with all-source analysts, collection managers, and other mission partners.
  • Produce clear, concise, and properly sourced intelligence products.


Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Experience supporting OSINT, all-source intelligence, identity intelligence, or related analytical missions.
  • Demonstrated open-source research and analytical skills.
  • Strong intelligence writing and briefing ability.
  • Familiarity with intelligence production standards and workflows.
  • Experience working within a DoD or Intelligence Community environment.
  • Ability to work on-site at MCIA in Quantico, VA.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting MCIA, DIA, USMC, or similar intelligence organizations.
  • Experience with identity-focused OSINT, network analysis, link analysis, or pattern-of-life analysis.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Babel Street, Ntrepid, Maltego, Analyst Notebook, or comparable OSINT/analytic tools.
  • Experience with watchlisting, targeting, biometric, or identity databases.
  • Experience responding to RFIs and time-sensitive intelligence requirements.
