Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Regional Business Coordinator to work at a premier pharmaceutical company, Janssen Pharmaceuticals, in Troy, MI. Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
Location: Remote (must live in the metro Detroit area)

What's a typical day as a Regional Business Coordinator? You'll be:
• Performing general administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, planning/coordinating small and large meetings, travel coordination, records retention, word processing, data entry, phone support, and updating rosters.
• Providing support for Impact's facilitation and business development activities.
• Delivering outstanding levels of customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Interacting with various levels of management on a day-to-day basis, handling highly confidential documents and materials.
• Balancing the necessity of managing the calendar tightly while establishing a friendly, accessible atmosphere with peers and stakeholders.
• Taking initiative, using discretion and judgment in handling confidential matters and problems regarding project, department, or division-related work, and updating the manager on status.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a relevant Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Have 2-3 years of related experience in Office Administration.
• Have 1-3 years of related experience in Customer Service.
• Have a high level of experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Word.
• Have a high level of sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism.
• Have demonstrated proficiency with productivity tools and portal technologies.
• Have experience working with Ariba (or a related account payable system), Aravo, and Totality (preferred).
• Are highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Can work under pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Are a self-starter and can work in an unsupervised environment.
• Have excellent customer service and people skills.
