Job Description
Supply Technician
The Supply Technician provides General Services Office (GSO) support services for the T Family bureaus. This position supports day-to-day supply, equipment, inventory, asset management, transportation, vehicle maintenance, administrative, vendor coordination, and facility-related activities. The Supply Technician works closely with team leaders and bureau staff to support office operations, relocations, renovations, and other projects while maintaining professional customer service.
Compensation & Benefits
Estimated Starting Salary for Supply Technician: $70,000 - $79,246
Pay commensurate with experience.
Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

The Supply Technician provides General Services Office (GSO) support services for the T Family bureaus. This position supports day-to-day supply, equipment, inventory, asset management, transportation, vehicle maintenance, administrative, vendor coordination, and facility-related activities. The Supply Technician works closely with team leaders and bureau staff to support office operations, relocations, renovations, and other projects while maintaining professional customer service.

Supply Technician Responsibilities Include:
- Provide GSO Support Services for the T Family bureaus.
- Provide support involving IT computers and workstation setups.
- Work closely with team leaders on projects, including space management, creating floor plans for bureau office relocations, and renovation work.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support wherever needed.
- Receive equipment and furniture required to support three bureaus.
- Assist annually with Inventory & Asset Management in T/EX, including barcoding, scanning, and entering information into the database to help ensure the office meets its annual inventory goal.
- Provide bureau and staff escort/security services for outside vendors and construction services.
- Use automated administrative and software systems to obtain information and support office operations, including the Integrated Library Management System, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
- Process and screen written and oral requests for supplies, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery service.
- Serve as a liaison between vendors and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and help ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and generate spreadsheets reflecting credit card usage for GSA vehicles throughout the year.
- Apply knowledge of Purchase Card regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Facilitate burn bag runs for various annexes.
- Support the upkeep and maintenance of bureau vehicles.
- Transport staff, materials, mail, parcels, and supplies.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Supply Technician Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities Requested:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing executive-level support.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience performing analysis of programs and operations.
- Ability to perform analytical work in an office setting.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with officials within the Department.
- Proficiency with IT computers and workstation setups.
- Experience with administrative and software systems, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of inventory and asset management processes, including barcoding, scanning, and database entry.
- Knowledge of Purchase Card regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and customers.
- Must possess or be able to meet the requirement for a Secret security clearance to be considered for this position.
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
