Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage comprehensive training curricula supporting technology modernization and organizational change.
- Assess workflows, audience needs, and organizational goals to identify training gaps and adoption challenges.
- Develop scalable training solutions across multiple modalities, including instructor-led training, microlearning, job aids, and eLearning.
- Translate complex technical concepts into accessible and engaging training materials suitable for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Partner with technical subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training aligns with system capabilities and processes.
- Evaluate technology and process changes to support training readiness, rollout, and sustainment.
- Ensure training materials comply with Section 508 accessibility requirements.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning events.
- Develop and maintain training materials using tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Captivate, and similar platforms.
- Establish methods to evaluate training effectiveness and adoption outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate with team members to ensure consistent learning standards.
- Engage with client and executive stakeholders to communicate training strategies, progress, and risks.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate emerging technologies and AI learning tools to enhance training development and delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience developing, managing, and delivering training programs or organizational learning initiatives.
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale training programs across multiple modalities.
- Experience developing and delivering training for technical or data science-related content.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, including working with technical subject matter experts and program teams.
- Experience leading and mentoring training teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with learning content development tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of Section 508 accessibility standards.
- Excellent instructional design, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
- Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, communications, organizational development, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting public health, healthcare, or federal government organizations.
- Experience as an Instructional Systems Designer, curriculum developer, or learning experience designer.
- Experience developing or delivering training utilizing AI-enabled tools.
- Experience managing enterprise learning resources or curricula.
- Knowledge of gamification and learner engagement techniques.
- Experience supporting organizational change management or workforce transformation initiatives.
Compensation
Salary Range: $0.00 - $90,000.00
