Job Description
COLSA Corporation is seeking an experienced and motivated Systems Analyst to support Windows system vulnerability remediation efforts on our Army Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC) Enterprise Information Technology Support Services (EITSS) contract.
You will be responsible for installing software and operating system updates and patches that have not been successfully deployed through automation. You may be required to reinstall the operating system and software and re-establish user profiles in some instances. You will work closely with AvMC users and must have effective written and verbal communication skills. You will also work closely with Senior Systems Analysts and other members of the Information Technology (IT) team to ensure systems and applications operate efficiently and effectively while meeting DoD standards for performance, security, and compliance.

- Perform updates and patching of Microsoft Windows operating systems and software, as well as non-Microsoft software, on workstations and laptops through manual or automated mechanisms.
- Rebuild Windows 11 workstations and laptops from pre-built images.
- Provide Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 technical support to the AvMC Enterprise.
- Ensure all support requests initiated by end users outside of the AvMC Service Center (ASC) end-user portal are captured in the ASC Enterprise Service Center, including requests received through email, phone calls, web chats, and face-to-face contact.
- Troubleshoot failed system and software updates and patches, identify root causes, and provide resolution guidance.

Required Experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of work-related experience.
- Working knowledge of Windows administration and troubleshooting.
- Current CompTIA Security+ CE.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Working knowledge of desktop applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.
- Active Secret clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DoD security requirements and regulations, including DISA STIGs.
- Information Technology service experience.
