Job Description
MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Logistics Analyst to join our team in Subic Bay, Philippines.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manages the analysis of product delivery workflows and supply chain activities.
- Implement process improvements based on route activity data and shipment tracing results.
- Lead Technical Teams in preparing comprehensive Logistics Reports for senior review.
- Leads the planning and execution of RSOI segments, including the reception and staging of equipment at ports of disembarkation.
- Coordinate market research to identify communication devices and available transportation resources within the theater.
- Validate the assembly and organization of arriving materiel into mission-ready configurations.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field and 10+ years of experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- Experience in leading RSOI Functional Teams and managing quality gate oversight for logistics artifacts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CSCP certification.
- Experience with Global Combat Support System (GCSS).
- Foundational knowledge of PACOM AOR infrastructure.
Clearance Required:
- Must hold an active Secret Clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
