About TLinked
TLinked LLC is a Maryland-based federal government contractor providing enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, network engineering, and related technology services in mission-critical federal environments.

We are seeking an organized, resourceful professional who can operate at the intersection of Human Resources, executive support, and corporate operations. This position will work directly with TLinked's Founder/CEO and leadership team while helping strengthen and professionalize the company's HR operations.

This is an ideal opportunity for an HR Generalist or experienced Executive Assistant who has worked within a federal
government contractor and understands the unique requirements associated with contract employees, timesheets,
customer environments, personnel transitions, compliance, and corporate operations.

Position Summary

The HR Operations & Executive Support Specialist will have two primary responsibilities. Approximately half of the role will
focus on HR operations and workforce administration, including employee records, onboarding/offboarding, leave and
PTO administration, benefits coordination, recruiting support, policy administration, compliance tracking, and coordination
with payroll/accounting.

The other portion will provide direct executive and operational support to the Founder/CEO, ensuring meetings,
commitments, follow-ups, deadlines, employee matters, corporate initiatives, and action items are organized and brought to
completion.

We are looking for someone who does more than maintain existing processes. The successful candidate will help TLinked
build, document, improve, and operate repeatable HR and executive-management processes as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources & Workforce Operations

Maintain accurate and complete employee personnel records, acknowledgments, offer documentation, benefits records,
leave records, and other HR documentation.

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of W-2 employees and support administration involving independent contractors and
subcontractor personnel.

Administer PTO, leave, attendance, and employee-status processes in coordination with payroll/accounting.

and other compliance requirements.

Review HR records periodically for missing documentation, inconsistencies, or compliance risks and bring issues to
management's attention.

Support employee relations matters through proper documentation, fact gathering, scheduling, and follow-up.

Coordinate FMLA, accommodation, and other employee leave matters with management and outside HR/legal advisers when
necessary.

Assist with recruiting, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer administration, and new-hire processing.

Support compensation, promotion, performance-review, disciplinary, and separation processes through accurate
documentation and workflow management.

Coordinate closely with TLinked's accounting/payroll function to ensure employee changes, PTO, deductions, compensation
actions, and related payroll information are properly documented.

Help develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, checklists, templates, and internal controls.

Maintain confidentiality and appropriate access controls for sensitive employee and corporate information.

Federal Government Contracting Support

Understand the relationship among employee HR administration, government contract assignments, prime contractors,
customers, labor categories, funding, and contract periods of performance.

Support employee transitions between contracts, task orders, customers, and prime contractors.

Help monitor personnel actions associated with contract starts, recompetes, renewals, transitions, and contract closeouts.

Understand the importance of accurate timekeeping and documentation in a government contracting environment.

Coordinate with program managers, corporate leadership, payroll/accounting, and other stakeholders regarding employee
assignments and workforce issues.

Support processes involving security clearances and customer onboarding requirements in coordination with the appropriate
security personnel.

Familiarity with DCAA-aware timekeeping practices, FAR/DFARS environments, government subcontracting, or federal
workforce compliance is strongly preferred.

Executive Assistance & CEO Operations

Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, priorities, and follow-up commitments.

Maintain a centralized CEO action and commitment tracker showing action item, owner, deadline, status, and required
follow-up.

Review meetings and communications for commitments that require CEO or leadership action and ensure those items do not
fall through the cracks.

Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, notes, action items, and follow-up correspondence.

Track important corporate, HR, recruiting, contract, partner, employee, and administrative deadlines.

Draft and organize executive correspondence, internal communications, employee communications, and business
documents.

scheduled.

Maintain discretion when handling sensitive executive, employee, compensation, contractual, and business information.

Process Improvement & Technology

Help convert informal or manual processes into documented, repeatable workflows.

Build and maintain practical trackers, checklists, dashboards, and management reports.

Use Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint to organize company information and
workflows.

Be comfortable using approved AI and automation tools to improve administrative productivity while maintaining appropriate
confidentiality and human review.

Identify opportunities to reduce administrative burden on executives and improve HR controls.

Required Qualifications

Approximately 3-7 years of relevant professional experience in HR operations, HR administration, executive assistance,
corporate operations, or a combination of these areas.

Previous experience working for a federal government contractor, government consulting company, systems integrator,
defense contractor, or similar GovCon organization.

Demonstrated experience with employee onboarding/offboarding, personnel records, leave/PTO, benefits, recruiting, or
employee administration.

an HR specialist, or employment counsel.

Preferred Qualifications

Current or previous U.S. Government security clearance.

Experience supporting cleared employees or classified federal programs.

Experience with QuickBooks Payroll or similar payroll/HR systems.

Experience with SharePoint-based HR records or document management.

Familiarity with FLSA, FMLA, ADA/accommodations, employee leave administration, wage deductions, and employment
documentation.

Familiarity with federal contractor timekeeping, DCAA requirements, subcontractor personnel, or contract transitions.

Experience supporting a small or mid-sized government contractor where employees frequently perform multiple corporate
functions.

SHRM-CP, PHR, or related HR credential is a plus but not required.

Experience supporting a CEO, President, COO, or other senior executive.

What Success Looks Like
Within the first 90 days, the successful candidate should be able to understand TLinked's workforce, establish reliable
employee and HR records, identify documentation or process gaps, organize recurring HR activities, establish an effective
CEO action-tracking and follow-up process, and begin converting informal administrative practices into documented
workflows.

What needs to be done, who owns it, when is it due, what documentation is required,
and has it actually been completed?

Candidate Profile
This role is particularly well suited for someone who has worked in a smaller federal contractor and enjoys wearing multiple
hats. We are looking for someone who is organized, persistent, discreet, process-oriented, comfortable with senior
leadership, and willing to take ownership rather than simply wait for instructions.

The position is not intended to serve as TLinked's employment attorney or sole authority on complex HR matters. The
successful candidate should instead have the judgment to manage routine HR operations independently while recognizing
situations that require escalation or specialized review.
