Job Description
SkyBridge Tactical is a Prime Contractor for MSOFS and a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Tampa, FL, founded in 2008 to support our customers’ global security, operational and training needs, focusing on mission success in the most challenging environments. SBT current contracts address U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. Department of State (DoS) demand for highly skilled professionals to solve problems in the interest of national security.
SkyBridge Tactical is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to support a Department of Defense customer in the San Diego, California area. The successful candidate will coordinate military training requirements, student enrollment, course scheduling, logistics, travel, records, and readiness reporting. This is a full-time, primarily onsite position that may require travel to offsite training locations.
Primary duties
Coordinate and schedule required military, professional-development, and specialized training courses.
Manage student registration, enrollment, prerequisites, rosters, reporting instructions, and course schedules.
Monitor organizational training schedules and adjust training plans as operational requirements change.
Serve as a central point of contact for course-registration and training-program information.
Maintain accurate student training records and qualification histories in applicable military training systems.
Design, administer, and update SharePoint-based training and school portals.
Coordinate training logistics, including personnel support, vehicles, equipment, supplies, and offsite staging.
Inspect training equipment and help identify missing, damaged, or replacement items.
Monitor contractor and vendor performance during supported training events.
Coordinate official student travel using the Defense Travel System and applicable Joint Travel Regulations.
Assist with travel authorizations, traveler profiles, outstanding claims, travel-card documentation, and related reports.
Track training-budget obligations, expenditures, allocations, and projections.
Prepare weekly financial status reports, after-action reports, lessons learned, and other required deliverables.
Maintain required licenses, system permissions, training, and vehicle qualifications.
Perform other related training-readiness and administrative support duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications
Active SECRET security clearance at the time of employment.
Valid state driver’s license.
Ability to obtain authorization to operate applicable Government and commercial vehicles.
At least ten years of relevant professional experience.
At least two years of recent experience supporting Naval Special Warfare or a comparable Special Operations Forces organization.
Demonstrated understanding of military readiness, professional-development, and training-cycle processes.
Experience with military training-registration and student-record systems.
Experience maintaining SharePoint-based administrative or training portals.
Experience coordinating training logistics, personnel, equipment, vehicles, and supplies.
Experience using the Defense Travel System and applying Joint Travel Regulations.
Experience tracking budgets, obligations, and expenditures.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Ability to travel to local and remote training locations as required.
Preferred qualifications
Experience with Navy or joint-service training databases and course-registration systems.
Current or immediately obtainable DTS organizational and non-DTS entry-agent permissions.
Experience supporting tactical mobility or other specialized military training.
Experience preparing after-action reports and formal lessons-learned submissions.

Employment is contingent upon contract award, customer approval, clearance verification, and satisfaction of all position requirements
Anticipated compensation: $80,000–$130,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, security-clearance status, applicable wage-determination requirements, contract award, and available contract funding. Benefits are offered separately in accordance with company policy and applicable contract requirements.
