We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions, with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and best practices. This role will involve working with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions.
- Write and test code, including scripts, business rules, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Stay current with ServiceNow updates and new features.
- Document development processes and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ITIL and Service Management processes.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Clearance:
Active Secret clearance required.
