We are seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join our team in supporting critical defense programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system-level testing, test planning, and test execution for complex defense systems.

We are seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join our team in supporting critical defense programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system-level testing, test planning, and test execution for complex defense systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures for complex defense systems
- Lead system-level integration and acceptance testing activities
- Analyze test results and identify root causes of failures
- Collaborate with requirements, design, and development teams to ensure test coverage
- Maintain test documentation and metrics to support continuous improvement
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior testing team members
- Support customer acceptance activities and deliverable reviews
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in defense systems testing
- Experience with system-level testing methodologies and tools
- Strong understanding of requirements traceability and verification techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Active DoD security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with specific defense programs or platforms
- Knowledge of model-based testing or automated test execution
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes
