The Work
As a Data Manager on the C2BMC contract the candidate would be responsible for:
• Management of the Technical and Program baseline.
• Administering the Program change control boards.
• Performing the formal release approval process for all controlled technical documents and data.
• Verifying documents for completeness, format, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Coordinating CDRL deliveries with project managers and authors.
• Performing CDRL deliveries.

Standard Job Description
Ensures a controlled documentation system, record retention, and information services including electronic records retention processes in accordance with regulatory requirements. Ensures compliance to the requirements from regulatory agencies. Maintains the technical and non-technical documentation change system. Assures procedures are in place to classify and maintain records. Interprets and enforces all documentation formatting, standards, policies, and operating procedure requirements. May identify submission components, communicate documentation standards and coordinate assembly of regulatory dossiers. May analyze and evaluate data, extract pertinent information, prepare information abstracts and executive summaries of material searched. May maintain extensive knowledge of product information and continuous contacts with local, regional, and divisional customers.
Basic Qualifications
-An active Secret clearance is required for consideration.
-Advanced knowledge of MS Office Products, (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Nuance PDF.
-Skilled in using collaboration and project tracking tools including Confluence, SharePoint, and Jira.
-Solid understanding of version control workflows and repository management.
Desired Skills
-Experience with records management.
-Experience with technical editing.
-Experience with tableau.
-Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00
