Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC has a potential need for program management, readiness analytics, assessment methodology development, data management, visualization, application development, and administrative support positions to provide support for our government customer in the National Capital Region to include Falls Church, VA and Bethesda, MD. (Some positions may include Telework and/or Remote options.)

Positions include:

• Knowledge Assessment Support Lead
  • Education And/or Training: Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Health Professions Education, Learning Sciences, Technical Communication, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years supporting educational measurement, knowledge assessments, examination development, or curriculum evaluation. Experience developing assessment questions, blueprints, learning objectives, and evaluation methodologies. Experience supporting military medical education, healthcare education, or readiness programs preferred. Experience utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and assessment platforms preferred.
  • Key Skills: Assessment development; Learning analytics; Examination design; Data interpretation; Stakeholder engagement.
• Procedural Skills Assessment/Psychometrics Support Lead
  • Education And/or Training: Master's degree in Psychometrics, Educational Measurement, Statistics, Psychology, Evaluation Science, Public Health, or related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years supporting psychometric analysis and assessment validation. Experience conducting reliability and validity studies. Experience supporting competency-based assessment programs. Experience utilizing SPSS, SAS, R, Python, or equivalent analytical software. Experience supporting military or healthcare training programs preferred.
  • Key Skills: Psychometric analysis; Standard setting methodologies; Reliability analysis; Item response theory; Assessment validation; Survey design; Statistical modeling.
• Multimedia Developer and Technical Writer Lead
  • Education And/or Training: Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Journalism, Multimedia Development, Communications, Education, Graphic Design, or related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years developing technical documentation and multimedia products. Experience producing educational videos, digital learning products, training materials, SOPs, and user guides. Experience supporting healthcare, military, or government organizations preferred. Experience supporting Section 508 compliance requirements.

• Data Analyst
  • Education And/or Training: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Public Health, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years performing data analysis. Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or equivalent tools. Experience supporting data reporting and dashboard development.

• Data Analyst II

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years administering Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) systems. Experience in managing user access, permissions, data governance, and audit requirements. Experience supporting cloud-hosted environments preferred.

• JESP Methodology and Evaluation Development and Quality Measures Lead
  • Education And/or Training: Bachelor's degree in education, Applied Quality Measures, and Process Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in training or QA; experience in evaluating curriculum effectiveness; knowledge of QA frameworks; ability to lead and develop quality measures, experience in Delphi and modified Delphi methodologies.

• Health System SME
  • Education And/or Training: Master's degree in health systems management, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Operations Research, or related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years supporting MHS, DHA, Military Department, or healthcare system operations. Experience facilitating senior leader working groups. Experience supporting readiness, policy, strategy, or performance improvement initiatives.

• Google Workspace Application Developer
  • Education And/or Training: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years developing Google Workspace solutions. Experience with AppSheet, Google Apps Script, Looker Studio, APIs, and cloud integrations. Experience supporting secure data collection environments preferred.

• Microsoft 365 Automation Specialist
  • Education And/or Training: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related discipline.

Background and Scope of Support Services:

Periods of reduced operational tempo present significant challenges to sustaining combat casualty care competencies within the military health system. Reduced exposure to complex trauma cases and declining procedural volumes may negatively impact readiness for operational deployment requirements.To mitigate these risks, employ a standardized, data-driven methodology to identify readiness requirements, establish measurable performance standards, assess readiness attainment, and evaluate the effectiveness of readiness sustainment activities. The program enables defense health agency (DHA), uniformed services university (USU), combatant commands (CCMDs), and military departments (MILDEPS) to make informed decisions regarding training, resource allocation, partnerships, and policy development.The program will provide program management, readiness analytics, assessment methodology development, data management, visualization, application development, and administrative support services necessary to sustain the clinical readiness program (CRP).

Services will include but are not limited to:

• clinical readiness analytics and reporting
• joint expeditionary scope of practice (JESP) development and sustainment
• knowledge assessment development and optimization
• procedural skills assessment development and validation
• quality measures development and readiness metrics
• clinical readiness data visualization and dashboard development
• role-based access control (RBAC) administration and data governance

• program administration and stakeholder coordination
• readiness reporting and leadership decision support

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

• Must be a born or naturalized U.S. Citizen; for the purposes of this effort visa and green card holders are ineligible and will not be considered.
  • Must be able to present upon hire Two (2) forms of identification (ID) in addition to a Government issued Social Security Card.
  • Proof of citizenship can be either a U.S. birth certificate, U.S. Passport, or a Naturalization certificate.
