Job Description

Responsibilities

Noblis is seeking All Source Analyst(s) to work in dynamic mission-oriented environment within McLean, Virginia. As an All Source analyst, you will analyze and integrate all source intelligence related to terrorism and Counterterrorism (CT), and support CT customers by researching, preparing, and delivering written intelligence products, responses to taskings, and deliver oral presentations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conducting all-source intelligence analysis to identify, assess, and report on terrorism and counterterrorism threats to the United States and U.S. interests worldwide.
  • Producing daily situational awareness reports, threat assessments, intelligence summaries, and other written intelligence products in support of mission requirements.
  • Researching, evaluating, and integrating information from multiple intelligence sources to develop timely and accurate assessments of emerging threats, trends, and terrorist activities.
  • Responding to intelligence taskings and customer requirements by developing concise, well-supported analytical products and providing timely responses to information requests.
  • Developing intelligence products using intelligence databases, mapping tools, visualization platforms, and graphics to effectively communicate complex analytical findings.
  • Collaborating with Intelligence Community elements, Department of State personnel, and other government agencies to coordinate reporting, validate information, and develop comprehensive assessments.
  • Applying Intelligence Community analytic tradecraft, including ICD 203 and ICD 206, to ensure intelligence products are objective, accurate, properly sourced, and analytically rigorous.
  • Delivering oral presentations and intelligence briefings to customers, leadership, and mission stakeholders on current and emerging terrorism-related threats.
  • Identifying intelligence gaps, conducting targeted research, and recommending additional collection or analytical requirements to address emerging mission needs.
  • Monitoring global terrorism developments and maintaining situational awareness of threats, organizations, individuals, regions, and events relevant to U.S. national security interests.
  • Supporting continuous mission operations, including shift-based coverage and rapidly changing priorities, while maintaining the quality and timeliness of intelligence reporting.
  • Maintaining effective working relationships with mission partners and customers to understand intelligence requirements and deliver actionable, customer-focused analysis.
  • Applying critical thinking, advanced research, writing, and analytical skills to assess complex and sometimes conflicting information and produce defensible intelligence judgments.
  • Supporting the identification of emerging threats and trends through the analysis of historical and current intelligence reporting, operational data, and other relevant information.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience producing daily situational awareness reports on terrorism threats to the United States and U.S. interests worldwide.
  • Experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis using multiple intelligence sources to deliver timely threat assessments.
  • Experience developing intelligence products using databases, mapping tools, and graphics while collaborating with the Intelligence Community, Department of State, and other agencies to coordinate reporting.
  • Experience applying analytic tradecraft, advanced writing, and analytical skills to produce accurate intelligence products.

Required minimum skills and knowledge:
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

    • Bachelor's degree OR Master's OR PhD with 0 years of experience OR Associate's degree with 3 years of experience OR High-School with 6 years of experience.
    • Compensation: $75,000 - $117,225
  • Journeyman:
    • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience OR Master's Degree with 1 year of experience OR PhD with 0 years of experience OR Associate's degree with 6 years of experience OR High-School with 9 years of experience
    • Compensation: $82,500 - $128,925
  • Senior Level:
    • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience OR Master's Degree with 3 years of experience OR PhD with 1 year of experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years of experience OR High-School with 11 years of experience
    • Compensation: $99,800 - $156,050

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with an intelligence community department or agency.
  • Experience and application of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203 and 206.
  • Experience supporting continuous mission operations with the ability to support shift differentials

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.
