Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.

Noblis is seeking a Curriculum Developer and Instructor(s) to work in a dynamic mission-oriented environment within McLean, Virginia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading the development, standardization, and implementation of training programs, curricula, instructional materials, and learning solutions in support of mission and organizational requirements.
- Designing learning objectives, course prototypes, lesson plans, and training content for government review and approval while ensuring alignment with mission requirements and training standards.
- Delivering classroom, hands-on, and scenario-based training to achieve Terminal Learning Objectives (TLOs) and Enabling Learning Objectives (ELOs) across assigned curricula.
- Tailoring instructional approaches and course materials to meet the needs of diverse audiences and effectively communicate complex counterterrorism concepts, operations, and intelligence methodologies.
- Evaluating training effectiveness through student feedback, assessments, and performance observations and coordinating with Instructional System Designers to identify and implement curriculum improvements.
- Providing guidance on training policies, instructional methodologies, curriculum development practices, and effective adult learning techniques.
- Collaborating with government stakeholders, subject matter experts, and mission partners to develop and deliver effective training solutions aligned with counterterrorism objectives.
- Supporting the development and delivery of counterterrorism training programs while maintaining awareness of evolving intelligence operations, mission requirements, and organizational priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading the development and standardization of training programs, curricula, and instructional materials across the organization.
- Experience designing learning objectives, course prototypes, and training content for government review and approval while ensuring consistency with mission requirements.
- Experience delivering training programs and tailoring curricula and instructional materials while conducting classroom and hands-on training to achieve Terminal Learning Objectives (TLOs) and Enabling Learning Objectives (ELOs) for the curricula.
- Experience capturing student feedback for Instructional System Designers to update curricula.
- Experience providing guidance on training policies, instructional methods, and curriculum development.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective training solutions and communicating complex concepts to audiences at all organizational levels in support of counterterrorism objectives.
Required minimum skills and knowledge:
- US Citizenship is required.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

- Compensation: $61,900 - $96,700
- Journeyman:
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience OR Master's Degree with 1 year of experience OR PhD with 0 years of experience OR Associate's degree with 6 years of experience OR High-School with 9 years of experience
- Compensation: $75,000 - $117,225
- Senior Level:
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience OR Master's Degree with 3 years of experience OR PhD with 1 year of experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years of experience OR High-School with 11 years of experience
- Compensation: $90,700 - $141,775
