Position: Training Operations Integrator

Type: Full-time

Location: Silver Strand, California

Travel: 10%

**Contingent Upon Award**

Position Summary: The Training Operations Integrator serves as the primary Professional Development and Readiness Coordinator and Tactical Ground Mobility Specialist supporting Naval Special Warfare Group ONE. The position is responsible for coordinating and managing training pipelines, scheduling and registering students for military and contracted courses, administering training databases and SharePoint portals, supporting travel and budget management functions, and synchronizing readiness requirements across seven Naval Special Warfare component commands. This role directly contributes to force readiness by ensuring personnel maintain required qualifications and training milestones necessary to support operational missions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule Force Readiness and Training Manual required training courses.
  • Coordinate United States Army, United States Marine Corps, United States Air Force, and contracted training courses.
  • Manage student registration and enrollment pipelines.
  • Maintain training requirements, reporting instructions, and gear lists.
  • Coordinate with Naval Special Warfare and Special Operations Forces training organizations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for training information and registration support.
  • Monitor and update Inter-Deployment Training Cycle schedules.
  • Coordinate Tactical Ground Mobility training logistics and support assets.
  • Conduct equipment inspections and maintain accountability of training assets.
  • Travel to offsite training locations to monitor logistics and contractor performance.
  • Administer the Naval Special Warfare Group ONE Schools SharePoint portal.
  • Manage training records, qualification data, and lessons learned repositories.
  • Monitor training budgets and prepare weekly budget reports.
  • Support Defense Travel System travel order processing and reporting.
  • Support Government Travel Charge Card program administration activities.


Required Qualifications:
  • US Citizen
  • Valid U.S. driver's license
  • Must hold an active Secret Security Clearance
  • Ability to communicate effectively with military personnel, civilian agencies, and government stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate with Special Operations Forces, conventional military organizations, civilian law enforcement agencies, and government partners.
  • Ability to prepare reports, correspondence, waivers, travel documentation, and readiness updates.
  • Ability to analyze and maintain training, travel, readiness, and budget records.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required installation access credentials.
  • Must comply with all security requirements identified in the contract.
  • Ability to pass required drug screening requirements and participate in random drug testing.
  • Minimum ten (10) years of relevant professional experience.
  • Minimum two (2) years of recent experience (within the last two years) supporting Naval Special Warfare or comparable Special Operations Forces organizations.
  • Demonstrated understanding of:
  • Naval Special Warfare Force Readiness and Training Manual
  • Inter-Deployment Training Cycle training processes
  • Comparable Special Operations Forces readiness programs.
  • Demonstrated experience with one or more of the following:
  • Corporate Enterprise Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS)
  • Catalogue of Navy Training Courses (CANTRAC)
  • Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS)
  • Navy Leader Development Continuum (NLEAD)
  • Joint Lessons Learned System (JLLS)
  • Comparable military or Special Operations Forces training systems.
  • Corporate Enterprise Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS)
  • Catalogue of Navy Training Courses (CANTRAC)
  • Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS)
  • Navy Leader Development Continuum (NLEAD)
  • Joint Lessons Learned System (JLLS)
  • Comparable military or Special Operations Forces training systems.
  • Experience supporting Defense Travel System operations and Joint Travel Regulations implementation.
  • Experience monitoring budgets, financial obligations, expenditures, and reporting.
  • Ability to work in an office environment.
  • Ability to travel to local and remote training locations.
  • Ability to inspect training equipment and assets.
  • Ability to operate government-approved vehicles after qualification.
