At GCI, we solve the hard problems. As a Sr Project Integrator, a typical day will include the following duties: 

As a Project Integrator, this position will interact with Department leadership to execute operational and strategic project to manage workloads, plans, budgets and relationships, coordinate resources, and support the customer in ad-hoc tasks. The ideal candidate has more than ten-years' experience supporting the customer in managing and executing complex technical and operational programs. Strong written and oral communication skills are critical to effectively capture and articulate requirements from and to both customers and internal teams. The candidate must be at ease working with little supervision and should be passionate about continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Writing clear, concise, and accurate documents and briefings for approval and presentation to stakeholders
  • Support customer’s group level activities
  • Support the group’s business operations, including budgeting, finance and strategy
  • Collaborate regularly with a variety of customers and contractors, which may include meeting coordination and preparation/support of project plans, reports, and status (e.g., PMR) briefings
  • Attend customer meetings and potentially serve as primary liaison
  • Interact with vendors, other agencies, and other customer staff on customer’s behalf
  • Develop metrics and reports to provide leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required to meet customer’s goals and objectives


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, certifications, training, and work/military experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • More than ten-years' experience supporting the customer in managing and executing complex technical and operational programs.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking capability
  • Strong understanding of business processes and experience leveraging various tools to maximize and improve those processes
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience effectively communicating across programs and with customers, stakeholders, and contractors
  • Ability to effectively manage time and maintain a strong work ethic in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently or with a small team
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills to work with team members to gather and understand business requirements and translate into optimal solutions
  • Knowledge of the customer’s systems and workflows


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • General knowledge of data analytics and data processing
  • Experience with the cyber threat mission
  • Experience working complex projects in multi-team environment


A candidate must be a US Citizen and requires an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
