Standard Job Description
You will be the Manufacturing Planner Sr for the Manufacturing Planning team. Our team is responsible for Make, Buy, and Bill of Material (BOM) planning, inventory optimization, and ensuring seamless material flow across the supply chain.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Planner Sr you will be responsible for driving Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) activities, coordinating with supply-chain stakeholders, and maintaining production system integrity.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Past experience in any of the following areas: Make/Buy/Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience in one area with an understanding of the other two.
Proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs including SAP, Windchill, Apriso, Microsoft Office.
Very good organizational skills, communication, and strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills.
Posess knowledge of lean manufacturing, supply chain management, and/or Material Management and Accounting Systems (MMAS).
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance, therefore selected candidate must be a US citizen.
Desired Skills
Ability to work with multiple levels of management, industry, peers, and a represented workforce or business.
Windchill and MPMlink experience along with previous working experience with engineering drawing and parts lists
Understanding of material attributes and bill of material effectivity planning in relation to production scheduling practices.
Inventory control and material handling knowledge, including familiarity with material requirements and receiving/warehouse/shipping areas of responsibility.

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Planner Sr you will be responsible for driving Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) activities, coordinating with supply-chain stakeholders, and maintaining production system integrity.

- Execute Make, Buy, and BOM planning to support production schedules.
- Maintain and adjust MRP parameters, lead times, and lot sizes.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Operations Management, and Engineering to align material availability with demand.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize material flow to minimize cost.
- Provide shop-floor control, status updates, and schedule adjustments as needed.

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
