Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented senior Maritime Contracts and Subcontracts Management Expeditor to join our team in Oahu, HI.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Validates and manages the expedited delivery of maritime consumables and repair parts for logistics platforms
- Evaluates subcontractor performance in meeting urgent deadlines and coordinates with Port Authorities to bypass logistical delays
- Prepares and maintains comprehensive reports on expedited maritime actions and oversees audit readiness
- Manages and coordinates the rapid insertion of mission systems onto maritime platforms as technologies evolve
- Validates the accuracy of expedited shipping data and port service costs in the Task Order Management Portal
- Coordinates via Technical Status Meetings to identify and resolve gaps in the maritime distribution chain
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of position-relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency in logistics expediting and OCONUS maritime operations
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field
- 12+ years of position-relevant experience
- Professional certification such as a PMP or specialized logistics credential
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Must possess active Public Trust clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers via email, phone, and virtual communication which may involve delivering presentations
