Change Management Partner III

$68.96/hour
6-month rolling contract
Are you looking to use your change management skills in an industry that supports and protects explorers and heroes? We could use your expertise on our team! As a Change Management Partner III, you will be responsible for supporting change initiatives within a business area. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop change management plans and communication strategies and ensure that changes are implemented efficiently and effectively. You will identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them, monitor and track progress of change initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders, and conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of changes and identify areas for improvement.
Must-Haves:
Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
Preferred
• Change Management certification familiarity or experience implementing change management plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study and typically 5-10 years of experience
• A higher level degree may substitute for experience
• Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
