Standard Job Description

You will be the Financial Management Sr for the Finance Operations Team. Our team is responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting across multiple finance functions.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Financial Management Sr you will be responsible for leading financial analysis, performance management, budgeting, forecasting, and delivering actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Consolidate financial results and produce reports for orders, sales, EBIT, cash, ROIC, and discretionary funding.
• Perform variance analysis, trend identification, and risk-opportunity assessments to develop mitigation plans.
• Develop forward-looking data analytics, visualizations, and forecasting models to guide strategy.
• Maintain compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, and US GAAP policies and uphold internal controls.
• Provide subject-matter expertise for proposal development, cost estimating, and negotiations.

Basic Qualifications

-Experience with implementing Earned Value Management procedures

- Ability to work efficiently and independently with limited direction from management

- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

- BS Degree

Desired Skills

- Deltek COBRA / earned value experience

- Experience with quarterly Contract Status Review Process

- Experience with Integrated Program Management Reporting (IPMR) formats

- Experience with SAP / MRP systems

- BS Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
