Job Description
Our Enterprise Data Analytics Team is leading a journey to advance the use of analytics across the Lab. We aim to make data readily accessible and trusted, accelerate the time-to-insight, and enable deep-dive analysis on an array of information. In collaboration with our Lab partners, our projects aim to uncover the story hidden in the data and to leverage data science techniques to predict outcomes and inform next actions.
This position is responsible for programing complex data workflows & algorithms that provide the backbone to analytic solutions. This individual must be a quick learner to new technology, with experience extracting and importing data via APIs from multiple data sources. The role is responsible for the development, code repositories, and documentation of custom data-driving applications, while supporting the growth of the data analytics environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, scripts, and views to integrate, transform, and analyze data from diverse sources.
Create Advanced Power BI queries using DAX
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized data solutions aligned with business needs.
Implement robust security measures and access controls within data virtualization platforms to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Seamlessly integrate data virtualization platforms with BI tools, ETL workflows, and cloud ecosystems to enable comprehensive analytics solutions.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, solutions, and workflows to support effective communication and knowledge transfer.
Must haves:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Work Location:
This position is REMOTE. The candidate is able to work remotely from any location. They may be asked to take up to 4 trips per calendar year to Lexington if the program/project requires it.
